Defending the Integrity of our Constitution, Our Elections

December 14, 2020 - Texas' 38 presidential electors meet in the state capital of Austin to formally cast their votes in the 2020 election.

Mark Ramsey introduces resolution entitled Defending the Integrity of our Constitution, Our Elections, in these United States.

"Whereas the members of the Presidential Electoral College from Texas condemn the moral cowardice of the United States Supreme Court in failing to accept the original jurisdiction of a suit by one state against another which is expressly allowed by the United States Constitution in article 3 section 2."
