How To Make Hard-Boiled Eggs & Deviled Eggs- FULL RECIPE

Hard-Boiled Eggs:
- Put eggs in pot and fill with water until eggs are covered
- Bring eggs to boil
- Cook for 2 minutes (this cooks the white part throughly)
- Remove from heat and cover
- Let sit for 5-15 minutes (this cooks the yellow part of the egg)
- Rinse with water a few times and add ice
- Crack and peel and rinse remaining shell pieces off

Deviled Eggs (for 6 eggs):
Crush yolks
1/2 to 1 cup Mayo
About 1 Tablespoon mustard
Put mixture into egg halves
Sprinkle paprika on top
Sprinkle cracked pepper on top
Sprinkle coarse salt on top
