In this introduction, I will lay out the five parts of a series designed to get those new to prepping and emergency preparedness build a firm foundation. There are five parts to the series.
1. Constructing a 72 hour emergency preparedness kit for an adult.
2. As a continuation of video one, we will include items for those with medical conditions like mobility issues, medical devices and those with mental health and neurodivergent conditions.
3. Constructing a Bug Out Bag so you have the things you need to survive when you are mobile.
4. We discuss when you need to shelter in place.
5. The final video will be a live stream where we talk about your long term survival location.
