Bathed in Luminescence: The Chiron Gong Journey: Day 21 of 30 Day Gong Challenge

Welcome to Day 21 of the 30-Day Chiron Gong Challenge!

Today’s challenge is to create a bubble of white healing light around you. This can be done by visualizing a bubble of white light surrounding you, or by using your hands to trace the outline of a bubble around you.

The purpose of this exercise is to fill yourself with healing energy. This is especially useful if you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious.

This exercise does not prescribe one correct way to conduct it. Encourage yourself to trust and believe in the healing energy that is swirling around you and let its power take effect. Take the time to listen intently to the sound of the Chiron Gong; allow its vibrations to do their work and help restore balance.
