Riderpiece Theater: Kamen Rider Gotcha Episode 21 Review

The Spanner Saga continues. Spanner goes into full berserk attacking anybody that gets in his way. The alliance wants to help Spanner but he wants to do things alone so they talk to Professor Kyoka and helped complete the driver. Weird Sister # 2 gets paranoid that she and her sisters could be replaced if Spanner joins only she ends up entangled with Minato Sensei. Villains and Heroes once again fight outside of Kyoka's office while Spanner has his showdown with Minato Sensei. Will Spanner be able to control his emotions and magic to defeat Minato and the angel malgam and become a Kamen Rider?
