Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is only being done by 60% of Fortune 100 Companies. Just this last year alone support for DEI dropped by 18%. Not much is being said about why that's happening or how DEI is failing. DEI is here to stay in some shape or form. It needs to be sustainable. It doesn't have to go DOA.
