Day 23 of 30 Day Gong Challenge: Vibrations from Jupiter Gong

The Gong Challenge was conceptualized by Julie Jewels Smoot, a Sound Alchemist and Reiki Master. It is a month-long event where participants are encouraged to dedicate 20 to 30 minutes to listening to the calming and rejuvenating tones of a gong.

Studies have indicated that regular exposure to gong sound therapy can lead to a reduction in stress and anxiety, increased energy levels, improved sleep quality, as well as relieving pain. Consider participating in the Gong Challenge for an opportunity to experience the therapeutic benefits of gong sound!

What were today's goals?

Today's goals of the Gong Challenge include:

1. Transcending: To transcend daily life and stressors through understanding the vibrational properties of Jupiter Gong specifically designed to support long-term transformation.

2. Improved concentration: For improved focus, you’ll learn how to use the gong to fine-tune your concentration and focus.

3. Energizing: You’ll also be energizing yourself as well as your environment to better tackle the day’s tasks.

4. Deep Relaxation: Topping it all off with a 10-minute deep relaxation period for deep breathing and mental clarity.

By working with the Jupiter Gong to explore its different frequencies, vibration levels and sounds, you will be able to get acquainted with the signals it produces and learn about its specific properties that can assist you to stay relaxed, energized, and in the present moment.
