Portuguese chicken wings are known for their flavorful marinade and delicious taste. Here's a simple recipe for making Portuguese-style chicken wings:

Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips discarded
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken Wings:
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a paste.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the marinade, ensuring each wing is well-coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight for more flavor.

2. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

3. Arrange Wings on a Baking Sheet:
