Tokyo workers head home early due to heavy snow

Many commuters in Tokyo headed home early on Monday (February 5) to avoid transport disruptions as the Japanese capital issued heavy snowfall warning for the first time this year. Makoto Tanaka, a trading company employee, said his company issued instructions for workers to head home early.
