NowTed Wheeler is crying, Sounds like an excuse to me. Wasn't he mayor when Portland established it street drug usage sites, basically legal places to get high?
Wasn't ted wheeler mayor when Antifa was burning down police stations and vandalizing/looting small businesses?
And wasn't he mayor when the homeless problem spiraled out of control?

He's undoubtedly responsible to some degree for the condition his city is in.
