Used cup: 200 milliliters.
Ingredients:
• 1 liter of milk
• 125 grams of butter
• 1 cup of flour
• 1 cup of sugar
• Half a teaspoon of vanilla
Base Ingredients for the Dessert:
• 1 kiwi
• 1 packet of kiwi jelly powder
Instructions:
1. First, pour the jelly into a bowl and whisk it well with 2 and a half cups of hot water until it dissolves. Pour it equally into molds. When the jelly is completely set, place a thin slice of kiwi on top of it.
2. Place a pot on the stove and melt 125 grams of butter in it until it turns into oil. Then add the flour and sauté until the raw smell of the flour disappears.
3. Gradually add the milk and whisk manually to make it smooth and uniform. Then add the sugar and continue whisking.
4. After it starts boiling, let it boil for 5 minutes. Then add the vanilla, whisk, and remove it from the heat. If the mixture is lumpy, use an electric mixer to make it smooth and cool. Pour it equally into molds and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until it reaches room temperature. Then, gently release the dessert from the molds by pressing the edges and transfer it to a serving plate. Enjoy your meal!
