In 2018 I made a documentary about the lives of cam couples. It informed my opinion on how bad things were getting for the avg. American man bc the couples in Russia and Colombia had no idea what I was talking about when I said men weren't having sex or getting into relationships. It also altered what I thought of cam couples, which I mostly saw as entertainment before. It humanized them, which made the horrors that they face (revenge prn is life destroying, but their entire sex lives are visible) all the more palpable.
