October 2023 California Spiny Lobster Diving Salt Water Revival Dive Club

This was the Salt Water Revival Dive Club annual Spiny Lobster diving trip on the dive boat Truth out of Santa Barbara, California, September 29 to October 3, 2023. We dove Santa Barbara and Santa Cruz Islands. Twenty-two limited load divers took 459 lobsters. The largest lobster weighed in at 14 pounds. Some divers also caught rock scallops and speared fish. California Department of Fish & Wildlife regulations were strictly enforced during the entire trip.
