A Walk in the Woods, February 4

Even on a gray day like today, a walk in the woods is still more uplifting than the overwhelm of today's news. It's really a war on our thoughts, isn't it? And our thoughts are so powerful! So I was thinking about how challenging it has become to keep my thoughts clear of negative and "gray, gloomy" places. I always feel better after a walk in the woods.
