These 2 BGM Soundtracks sound Similar to Each other!

So I was Watching the first episode of the latest new Precure season "Wonderful Pretty Cure" Last Night,and I noticed right away that one of the BGM Songs in Wonderful Pretty Cure Sounds Almost Similar to one of those 80's Disney Channel Commercial Bumper Jingles from the 80's era of the Disney Channel!

so is it just me,or were Toei Animation huge fans of those Disney channel Commercial Jingle Bumpers from the 80's when they were writing the soundtrack to Wonderful Pretty Cure???.lol
