Pakistan is set to go to the polls, but some arequestioning how free and fair the election will be.

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan has beendisqualified from running, and has received threeprison sentences this week, while his party the PTIhas had its electoral symbol removed from the ballot- resulting in its members running as independent candidates.

The PTI claims there has been a campaign ofintimidation, abduction and harassment against them,which authorities in Pakistan deny.
