creamy single serve avocado chocolate pudding

creamy single serve avocado chocolate pudding 🥑🍫
my favorite thing about this recipe is that it comes together super quickly in a blender! you can enjoy as is or refrigerate for a couple of minutes until chilled 😋

Ingredients:
1 large avocado
2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbs maple syrup
Splash of vanilla extract
1 tbs creamy almond butter
2 tbs milk of choice
Toppings: whipped cream, raspberries, shaved dark chocolate

Instructions:
1. Blend together avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond butter, and milk until smooth.
2. Transfer to a glass and top with whipped cream, raspberries, and shaved dark chocolate. Enjoy as is or place in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes until chilled.
