NYC To Give Migrants Up To $1000 Per Month To Spend On Food While Residents Are Homeless & Hungry

NYC just announced a program to give migrants up to $1000 per month for food & baby products. This program isn't extended to the homeless population in NYC. The program is discriminatory in nature due to it not being extended to ALL New Yorkers that's homeless and hungry.
