Ukraine 2013 Days Before The Color Revolution Began

This video is from November of 2013, just days before the Color Revolution called "EuroMaiden Protests" began in the Ukraine. A deputy in the Ukrainian Parliament named Oleg Tsarov, accuses the group called "TechCamp" (supported directly by the US Embassy in Kiev) of trying to start a Civil War in Kiev. Was this a US led coup?
