Completely Abandoned & Rusty Electric Metal Cutter Restoration

In this video, I'm restoring an Antique rusty Metal Cutter.
Metal Cutter is the main tool of a Steel shop.
A few weeks ago I went to a flea market and after few minutes in rain and bad weather, I found this cool table saw, was all wet and dirty. Right away I knew that I can make a nice restoration video for you. This rusty Metal Cutter cost me ($20), and the seller warned me that it does not work because it was in the rain. This is the reason why I didn't test it before cleaning.
I was very curious to see if I could make it work again.
When I checked inside I discovered that the Field Coil was exploded and both bearings were worn.
There were A LOT of parts, wires, screws, and metal pieces.
For the painting, I choose to make it Acrylic Enamel and red. on some parts, i decide to protect them with the bluing method. This Restoration took me 3 weeks to complete.
