Egypt's Hosni Mubarak in Mombasa in 1977. According to my deduction of the clip, when Moi shouted "Mbiyu" Mubarak got confused and stood up thinking he was the President.
It appears Moi wanted Mbiyu to keep Mubarak company as he went to fetch Kenyatta.
On the other hand Kenyatta wasn't sure who his guest was until Moi drew his attention.
