Cream cheese croissants

Today a recipe to sweeten the day. Delicious, delicate croissants made of cottage cheese dough. Very easy and quick to make. I recommend making a double batch because they disappear in a flash.

200 g of curd or cream cheese
200 g plain flour
120 g butter
1 vanilla paste
70 g of sugar
1 tsp of icing sugar
pinch of salt
