Wheat Salad Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots

• 1/2 cup finely chopped purple onions
• 1/2 cup cooked corn
• 2 pieces finely chopped green onions
• 2 tsp chopped walnuts
Salad Dressing Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil or a mixture of olive oil and walnut oil
• 1/4 cup white vinegar
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1/2 tsp mustard sauce
• 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Wheat Salad Instructions:
1. Wash the wheat and soak it in water overnight.
2. The next day, drain the wheat and place it in a large bowl.
3. Chop the vegetables and add them to the wheat.
4. Mix all the ingredients together.
5. Chop the walnuts and add them to the salad.
6. Mix the dressing ingredients together and add them to the salad.
7. Keep the salad in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours with the lid closed.
