Part 8. The tricky magnetic field.

Why the magnetic field is so tricky? When we would stay together with the electrically charged particle, we are not able to detect any magnetic field around it. The only thing we can detect in the space around such a particle it is an electric field. Nonetheless, if an electrically charged particle begins moving at any speed relative to us due to any reason, then this changes the whole picture dramatically. Why it is so?
