Ford 5.4L Triton V8 with one blown out spark plug

which happened over one week ago.
I've hired a mobile mechanic to fix it but he was booked until this coming Tuesday.
Meanwhile I ordered, bought and now have a Ford 2 valve Triton Spark Plug Thread Repair Kit from UAP NAPA in Victoria BC.
