Body camera video provides insight into abandoned rifle controversy

A viral Facebook post showed a police officer's patrol rifle left leaning against a car during a hostage negotiation in Dayton. Bellevue Chief Lee Estepp said the rifle belonged to one of his men, but the officer who was entrusted to hold it -- and who then set it down -- is with Dayton PD.
