There are several government programs he talks about to back birth rates. They're not extravagant, but they're better than what there was.

I totally agree with Putin, this is science and it will always follow the same pattern. The over-population hoax spun by the cabal's WEF/UN cartel and their mockingbird media and politicians who have a penchant for sex with children, is to depopulate the planet so they can control what is left of us using "vaccine induced transhuanism" for mind-control...why? Because we know too much, we know what they have been up to....the cabal and their matrix, the police forces, courts, councils are all fcuked
