Allegations against manager at Little Caesar's Pizza that she made pizza while having open sores and using heroin

A tipster told police that the manager of a Shelbyville Little Caesar's came to work impaired on heroin, bought the drug while at work, and used it in the employee bathroom. The tipster also said the manager's boyfriend, who is not an employee, comes into the kitchen area.
