Judge Dismisses North Dakota Election Official’s Lawsuit Over State Law Forcing Him to Break US Law

A Federal Judge has dismissed the lawsuit of a North Dakota election official claiming he didn’t have standing. This is when he was suing over a state law forcing him to break Federal election laws by taking in mail-in ballots up to two weeks after the election itself is over.
