OR Supreme Court Rules State Rep. Senators Can’t Run for Office, Reinterpreted State Constitution

The Oregon Supreme Court has ruled that a number of the state’s Republican Senators cannot run for reelection and did so by reinterpreting an amendment to the state’s constitution in order to do so. One that clearly was specifically written so that Democrats could do what Republicans tried to do if they needed to do so.

In this video, we take a look at Oregon’s highest court playing stupid games to stop state Republicans from doing what the Democrats had planned to do first.
