It’s a slow process, don’t make it slower by quitting !

I am so glad I have become much inclined towards Yoga ! I am figuring out a way to alternatively do my workout n yoga but I tend to continue one thing more than the other regularly… last month I gave it to yoga and walking for 40 mins only and I saw results which I din’t get from running on a treadmill and doing weight training. I think it boils down to keep doing it consistently and on top of it , being aware of what your body is responding to! It doesn’t have to be vigorous or difficult to make u feel accomplished. The false associations that we make in our head about how we think things work can make us so hard on ourselves !!!
