Kenosha County Sheriff Beth on theft, chase suspects: 'Let's put them away'

A fired up Sheriff David Beth called for tougher punishment for young suspects after 5 people were charged with stealing from the Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets and leading deputies on a chase that ended with a crash.
