Fairfax County police arrest a Maryland man who was in a stolen care with weapons and drugs

Body cam video shows the moment when a Maryland man was arrested after Fairfax County police said he was in a stolen car with weapons and drugs.

According to a social media post, the man was armed with a modified automatic stolen handgun and had cash, multiple stolen license plates and two pounds of marijuana in his possession.
