Entertainment Ambiance & Nature Sounds Leaf Strange Object UFO Plant Leaves Cantaloupe Fruit Shell Object

It was a beautiful warm Friday, almost 70° degrees on February 2nd, Groundhog Day, so I decided to stroll around in the backyard. And in doing so, I came across this strange object way in the back area of my yard.

What the heck is it? It has the feel and look of a leaf, but it's formed in the half sphere, half ball shape. It's been sitting out there for a bit collecting other small leaves and a few small sticks. At first, I thought it was half of a rind or peel from some fruit-like Mellon, like a grapefruit or a cantaloupe.
