Reverse Sear Tri Tip Steak - BBQ Rando Style

We love smoked beef on the BBQ Rando Ranch and for my grandson's birthday he wanted smoked Tri-Tip. This cook is so easy. Set your smoker to 250 degrees and smoke for one hour or until the internal temp hits 120 degrees. Then place the tri-tip on a super hot charcoal or gas grill and sear both sides for a few minutes or until your doneness. Let the tri-tip rest for 15 minutes then it is time for BBQqqqqqqqq!
