Isaac Kappy seen on bridge moments prior to his demise... Something to note: Although the original video shows 25 FPS it certainly doesn't seem to be... If anything... its not a consistent frame rate as it seems to 'glitch' from time to time... This could simply be a result of having a variable bit-rate (or type of video compression)... but even then it looked very odd just the same.

There are so many questions yet to be answered... Mainly because so many involved are either spreading massive misinformation (intentional and/or not) , additional and unrelated conspiracies, or just flat-out 'split town' to never be seen again... People that are worried for whatever reason and chose to delete accounts are TOTALLY suspect... as they themselves might hold 'the key' to solving this mystery.. yet choose to remain in the shadows.
