Safe! U.S. Coast Guard Saves Dog Stuck in Houston Shipping Container

U.S. Coast Guard employees in Houston, Texas, conducted a very strange rescue when they noticed a shipping container 25 feet off the ground seemed to have barks emanating off of it. After painstakingly lowering the container to the ground they discovered Connie the Container Dog, as the shelter she went to affectionately named her, inside.
