In Palestine, between the years of 1947 and 1948, how did the population of non-jews go from 1,324,000 to 156,000? Today we discuss Al Nakba, or the Catastrophe. That leads us into the 1948 Arab-Israeli War and into the history surrounding the formation of the state of Israel.
