Do masks violate OSHA Hazardous Environment standards

I got arrested and jailed for not wearing a mask in a private hospital room that I paid for. As an atmospheric chemist and inventor of the world's first fog sampler for atmospheric studies, I decided to test the O2 concentrations contained in a properly worn face mask.
