Merlin Vacuum Engine Test - MDC

A full mission duration test firing of the new Merlin Vacuum second stage engine for the Falcon 9, at the SpaceX Test Facility in McGregor, Texas. In flight, the engine will include a large expansion nozzle which increases the its performance in the vacuum of space.
