Officers from IMPD and the Marion County Sheriff’s Department’s gang units arrested four people Monday while serving a search warrant in the 4200 block of West Vermont Street. Police said they were speaking with one of the home’s residents – 23-year-old Robert D. Lee – when they observed a weapon and marijuana inside. Knowing Lee was serving an executed sentence on home detention for a prior firearms conviction, police filed for and were granted a search warrant for the residence.
