Travel Extortion Funds Mercenaries

This video will show one aspect of the basic concept where mercenaries extort funds that, in-turn, fund the existence of the mercenaries. It is a cut and dry protection racket, where they are paid to keep from bring harm against the payer. An analogy are gangsters that damage a store, and then the owner pays them to keep from having it happen again. However, today, this type of protection racket is run by the corporate criminals that pretend to be government; or rather, corporate mercenaries.
