39 year old Donovan Scott Sheppard, who is HIV positive, was caught assaulting a 12 year old girl, who is this mother's daughter. I could not find any information on whether or not this is his sister or not. He had assaulted her six other times previously, even on her 12th birthday. And he never wore a condom. This case only ends one way.
