Uppsala - Epic Viking Soundtrack

The Temple at Uppsala served as a sacred hub devoted to the Norse deities Thor, Odin, and Freyr. Periodically, every nine years, a collective festival brought the entire Swedish community together. During this event, ritualistic sacrifices were conducted, involving nine males from various species, including humans. In times of affliction such as disease or famine, offerings were dedicated to Thor; in times of war, to Odin; and during marital ceremonies, to Freyr.
