A man considered a person of interest in the Delphi murders of Abigail Williams and Liberty German is on his way back to Indiana to answer to unrelated felony charges. Daniel Nations waived his extradition rights in Colorado on Wednesday after a felony warrant for failing to register as a sexual violent offender was issued from Johnson County, Indiana. Those charges are not related to the Delphi investigation.  The sheriff’s office in Clear Creek County says Nations will be returned to Indiana in the next 21 days to answer to those charges. Nations was in court Wednesday in Colorado on unrelated charges about providing false information to law enforcement. He was going to be released on his own recognizance, but then the Colorado sheriff's office found a warrant from Johnson County.
