Paul Murphy - 'Glimpses' . Session 1 , Take 5 , inc false start

This is the demo/composing session of the just-written 'Glimpses'. This is Take 5; by now I have the tune bedded in, settled on a vocal depth, and am trying alternate tempos, of which this was the least successful, but did piss me off enough to ganrer a nice snarly vocal.

This is song about people who say, "Sorry to hear abut your problems", while all the time they're getting a warm glow inside from knowing you're being beset by shadows and the wind is too strong to light a candle. We all know them.
