In this older, previously aired video on YouTube, Dr. Lisa shares a very much still relevant insight; the most important thing she has learned about cancer!
This is meant to be a relatively short and sweet video, an introduction to the most important message she could convey to cancer patients if she had to pick just one. The most important thing she's learned: that there is a potential (and not unlikely) emotional basis or root to the cancer etiology. There is no place for self-blame here, or self-pity. Just an invitation to the concept, to bring into one’s awareness and then ask questions like what can I learn from this? What can I do to heal myself? Dr. Lisa explains that many share this school of thought and there is some supporting evidence such as in Kelly A. Turner’s research on spontaneous remission. She explains how science used to never believe feelings could affect health (now we know they do such as with stress and depression), and how advanced scientists in fields like quantum mechanics do believe we can influence our reality with thoughts and feelings. She goes on to give brief ideas of ways to delve deep and discover which emotion may be affecting your cancer.
