Why is the Western World degenerating into crime?

Why is the Western World degenerating into crime? Sure, the short answer is the influx of migrants but if we look at the statistics crime has gone up consistently year after year even when less migrants were in and not all the criminals are mirants. In USA for example many are americans, native americans (crime went through the roof in those comunities), black people, american hispanics (with american citisenship), Antifa terrorists and even right wing extremist militias who behave like in a war zone organising so called "militia groups" add up to the fire. And not every ring wing group is bening and patriotic, some are like NAZI.
Its crazy that considering how crazy people are in USA everyone has a gun like everyone. The police actually is not enforcing any type of gun law or checking people with guns and with no checks, everyone has a gun. Like you see in this video someone was killed for 20 dollars. 20 bucks. thats how much his life was worth.
