Ingredients for preparing Bindy:

Milk: 500 milliliters
Flour: slightly more than half a cup
Butter: 2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil: 2 to 3 tablespoons
Pizza cheese: 1 cup
Black pepper: as needed
Salt: as needed
Eggplant: 3 pieces

First, prepare the meatballs by combining minced meat, egg, grated onion, grated garlic, vegetable oil, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.

Next, add the spices, including black pepper, cumin, red pepper powder, and salt to the mixture. Knead for at least 5 minutes, shape the meatballs into orange-sized balls, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Peel the grilled eggplants and finely chop them with a sharp knife. Then, melt butter in a pot, add flour, and sauté.
