BOMB THREAT AT THE END OR A POLICE PURSUIT

Traffic westbound was backed up for miles. Vehicles were turning around and driving the wrong way to the nearest exit.

CHP officers were seen assisting traffic to the nearest exit to avoid any collisions while exiting the freeway at the nearest exit.

Bomb squad arrived at the scene on the 118 freeway in between the Tampa exit and Reseda to search the vehicle after completing the search and nothing found 118 freeway reopened.
